Override Service Risk Score
Skyhigh CASB provides a default Risk Score for each Cloud Service, but you can customize the Risk Score for your organization's requirements.
To override a Service Risk Score:
- On the Services page, click any Services to view the Service Details page.
- On the Service Details page, click Actions > Override Service Risk Score.
- On the Override Service Risk Score dialog, use the slider to select your new score.
- Click Save New Risk Score.
Restore to Default Risk Score
The Restore to Default Risk Score option displays on the Service Details page > Risk section only if you override your service risk score.
To restore your risk score to the default value:
- Click Restore to Skyhigh CASB Default.
- Click Restore.
