Welcome to Skyhigh Connect — our NEW customer notification system to receive alerts about upcoming product maintenance, releases, and training. Skyhigh Connect will replace our legacy SNS product notification system. Leverage this information to get the most out of your Skyhigh Security products.

SWG Default Certificate Reminder | Action Required by November 15, 2023

If you currently have a tenant using SAML authentication, your action is required to replace the default McAfee certificate bundle before November 15, 2023. If no action is taken, your McAfee certificate bundle will be impacted.

Please follow the instructions referenced in SNS4115 or leverage the Skyhigh SWG Cloud Certificate Bundle guide. Have questions or need assistance? Reach out to technical support and add “ SNS4115” as a reference in the service request subject.

Skyhigh Security 6.5.0 | Released October 2023

Key features of this release include:

AI Regular Expression Generator for Custom Advanced Patterns: generates expressions for scenarios where Skyhigh’s predefined classifications are absent
Full Match Highlights Support for Web DLP Incidents (API Downloadable): displays the content that violated a Web DLP policy detected during the policy evaluation
