Suppress Emails

Follow the procedure to completely suppress emails sent to users. 

1. Choose Policy > DLP Policies.
2. Click Actions > Sanctioned Policy > Create New Policy.
3. In the Sanctioned DLP Wizard, fill out the Description and Rules & Exceptions pages. (For complete DLP Policy details, see Create or Edit a Sanctioned DLP Policy.)
4. In the Responses page, click THEN.
5. Under Select Response, click User Email Notification, or another response. 
6. Click Done. 
7. Click Email Template. Select your template from the list. 
8. Click Next. 
   
9. Click Save.
