When you create DLP policies that contain rules with long lists of items, you can maintain these lists with a centrally managed dictionary. You can use policy dictionaries with multiple rules or exceptions without manually adding or editing the list items each time.
Dictionaries support Keyword, File Name, and the User Action rules that are used to manage folder collaborations.
IMPORTANT: As a best practice, if your dictionary reaches more than 2,000 entries, it is better to use a Structured Data Fingerprint. For more information, see About Fingerprints.
