Service Group Notifications

Service Group Notifications send email alerts to users with Compliance Manager and Governance roles about services that are added or removed from a specified service group.

  1. Choose Governance > Service Groups.
  2. Select the service group that you for which want to enable notifications.
  3. In the Service Group Details box, click Edit.

  1. Select the Approval Workflow tab.
  2. Toggle Notifications ON.
  3. Enter email addresses for the notification recipient list. Otherwise, all users with the Compliance Manager and Governance roles receive emails. 
  4. Click Save.

When a service is added or removed from a Service Group, the following email is sent.
