Change the Owner of Multiple Incidents
You can change the owner of one or more incidents to assign remediation efforts to that user. This change goes into effect immediately.
To change the owner of DLP Policy incidents:
- Go to Incidents > Policy Incidents.
- In the Omnibar, filter incidents and select their checkboxes.
- Select Actions > Change Owner.
- In the Change Owner dialog, select the new owner from the list. All users in your organization with proper access are listed.
- Click Save Owner.
