The following prerequisites are required to configure Skyhigh CASB for Dropbox via API.
- Admin Dropbox account. Dropbox Advanced or Dropbox Enterprise subscription is required.
Subscription details can be verified at Admin console > Billing.
NOTE: Dropbox has two Business subscription plans (Standard and Advanced) that replaced the previous Business Subscription plan as of September 2017. Old Business subscribers are given access to new Advanced subscription plan by default unless the customer chooses to downgrade. The subscription, called the Prior Dropbox Business plan, is in place until further renewal.
Your subscription plan can be changed at Admin Console > Billing > Manage Subscriptions > See Plan Details.
Choose Advanced or Enterprise for API integration with Skyhigh CASB.
