ServiceNow API Access Prerequisites

Before you begin setting up Skyhigh CASB, make sure the following prerequisites are in place. 

• Functioning OAuth as directed in Create an endpoint for clients to access the instance in ServiceNow documentation.
•  OAuth App Client ID
• OAuth App Client Secret
• ServiceNow instance URL
• Administrator email address
