Skyhigh CASB for Titus allows you to configure DLP policies to detect sensitive content posted in SaaS applications such as Office 365, G Suite, and Box, and automatically apply Titus classifications to those documents. It also allows you to configure DLP policies to detect activities such as collaboration on a document with a given Titus classification and perform a remediation action.

Word: DOCX, DOTX, DOCM, DOTM DWFX XPS
PowerPoint: PPTX, PPSX, PPTM, PPSM, POTM    
Excel: XLSX, XLTX    
Visio: VSDX, VSTX, VSSX    

Behaviors of Office 365 Retention Policy and Unsupported File Types with Titus

The Titus Classification fails due to the behavior of the Office 365 retention policy and unsupported file types. As a result, the following error messages are displayed on the internal audit log.

Error Message Reason
Versions of this item cannot be deleted because it is on hold or retention policy Office365 API error: Retention is enabled, which prevents to delete and upload the new Titus Classified file. To know more about retention, see Learn Retention Policy and Retention Labels.
Apply classification is not supported for mime-type This type of document is not supported by Titus. For example: xlsb, doc, zip, ai, xls, ppt, xla.
is locked for shared use by Office365 API error: The file is locked, it is being edited by some user.
is locked for exclusive use by Office365 API error: The file is locked, it is being edited by some user. 
If you want your changes to be applied, click Back in your Web browser Office365 API Error: The file is being edited.
It may have been deleted by another user Office365 API error: The file has been deleted.
We're having trouble with SharePoint storage Office365 API error: The SharePoint site doesn't permit storage to upload files.
This site has exceeded its maximum file storage limit Office365 API error: The site maximum limit is exceeded.
You must first check out this document before making changes Office365 API error: The file is being edited.
is checked out for editing by Office365 API error: The file is checked out by some users. 
File Not Found. Office365 API error: The file has been deleted.
Cannot complete this action Office365 API error: The file is being edited.
The label that's applied to this item prevents it from being edited or deleted Office365 API error: The Retention policy prevents file deletion.
