Create a New Template

You can create a new template and configure it.

Go to Policy > Web Policy > End User Notification Pages.

Click Create Template from the Action menu.

Enter the template name.

You can clone or duplicate the default Skyhigh notification template when you wish for the same variables of an existing template and then customize the template by adding a logo, header, and template information.

Modify Header

On the template home page, select the Header element.

You can modify the following on the header page:

Upload logo – Upload the company logo or custom image in the supported format (PNG, JPEG, JPG).
Logo Size – Large, Medium, Small
Header Alignment – Left, Center, Right
Header Background Type – Transparent, Color, Image
Color Palette – Select a specific border color for the header.
Text – Font type, Font color, Font size

Modify Title

On the template home page, select the Title element.

You can modify the following on the title page: Font Type, Font Color, Font Size, Font Alignment (Left, Center, Right, Justify), and Background Type (Transparent, Color, Image)

Modify Body

On the template home page, select Body element.

You can modify the following on the body page: Font Type, Font Color, Font Size, Font Alignment (Left, Center, Right, Justify), and Background Type (Transparent, Color, Image)

Variables can be added to body elements.

Modify Button

On the template home page, select Button element.

You can modify the following on the button page: Button Setting – Insert URL, Font Type, Font Color, Font Size, Button Alignment (Left, Center, Right, Justify), Button Background Color, and Button Border Type (Colour, Size, Radius)

Modify Background

On the template home page, select the Background element.

You can modify the background color using the Colour Picker.

Modify Variables

On the template home page, select the Variables element.

You can modify the following on the variable page: Variables (Insert Variables), Font Type, Font Color, Font Size, Font Alignment (Left, Center, Right)

Variables can be added to both the title and body pages.

Modify Footer

On the template home page, select the Footer element.

You can modify the following on the footer page: Upload logo, Logo Size (Large, Medium, Small), Header Alignment (Left, Center, Right), Footer Background Type (Transparent, Color, Image), Color Palette, Font Type, Font Color, Font Size

Completing the Configuration

Once all elements are set, click Save.

You have now created a new template and configured it. The template will look, for example, as follows.
