About Application Control
Application Control allows you to control the cloud services used within your organization. This page in the Web Policy tree contains tenant restriction rules, which can be configured to ensure that users only have access to company-approved versions of the supported applications.
You can find the Application Control page/rulesets at Policy > Web Policy > Policy > Web Policy tree > Application Control.
Application Control Rulesets
You can configure and apply any of the following Application Control Rulesets to your web policy.
Under the Application Control ruleset library, you can create an Activity Control ruleset. For details, see Create an Activity Control Ruleset.
Before configuring the Application Blocking, Tenant Restriction, and Activity Control rulesets in your web policy, certain prerequisites must be met. For details, see Rule Set Prerequisites.
