Configure a Server Certificate

You can run a report to view your organization's data.

Task

  1. Select Queries & Reports → Report.
  2. Click New Report.
  3. From the Toolbox menu, click and drag the Query type to the Report Layout configuration area.
  4. Configure the remaining options, click OK, then click Run.

Import a Server Certificate

Perform the Import action to import a new server certificate.

Task

  1. Select Menu → Configuration → Report Server Settings.
  2. From the Setting Categories menu, select Server Certificate.
  3. Click Action → Import. Before selecting the file to import, you have to enter the Enter Keystore Passphrase.On successful completion of the Import action, you will be redirected to server certificate main page. Here, you can view the list of certificates and verify the newly imported ones.

    NOTE: The private key entries for each certificates in the keystore (*.p12) must not have any other password while generating the p12 file. You should only enter passphrase and others should be set as default.

    NOTE: While importing the certificate, ensure it is in PKCS format (*.p12 file). If you enter wrong passphrase or select a wrong file, an error message will pop up.

Enable a Server Certificate

Perform the Enable action to view details of an imported Server certificate.

Task

  1. Select Menu → Configuration → Report Server Settings.
  2. From the Setting Categories menu, select Server Certificate.
  3. Select the certificate you want to enable, then click Action → Enable.The selected certificate is enabled.

    NOTE: After enabling a certificate, you have to restart Content Security Reporter for the changes to take place.

Delete a Server Certificate

Perform this action to delete the imported Server certificates. You cannot delete the default certificate (tomcat) in the main page.

NOTE: You cannot delete a Server certificate, which is already enabled.

Task

  1. Select Menu → Configuration → Report Server Settings.
  2. From the Setting Categories menu, select Server Certificate.
  3. Select the certificate you want to delete, then click Action → Delete.

    The selected certificate is deleted.
