Supported Fiber NICs
Fiber network interface cards (NICs) are module cards that provide fiber connectivity. To add fiber connectivity on a Secure Web Gateway appliance, you can purchase a fiber NIC and install it.
Support for an added network interface card is only provided by Skyhigh Security if you purchase this card from Skyhigh Security. To purchase a card, contact a Skyhigh Security representative or partner.
The following table shows the fiber NICs that are supported. For information about the port assignments, see Port Assignments for a 1 GbE Fiber NIC and Port Assignments for a 10 GbE Fiber NIC.

Notes
1 The fiber NIC listed here is supported for a WBG-5000-E appliance model using the listed short-range transceiver. There is also a fiber NIC
available for use with a long-range transceiver.
The card name and number are the same for both. The transceiver name is AXG38153-MF.
2 The same as above applies to WBG-5500-E.
