About Installing Secure Web Gateway in AWS

You can install Web Gateway as an instance in an Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment.

  1. Choose an Amazon instance type based on the amount of web traffic that will pass through Web Gateway according to your planning.
  2. Create or import a pair of SSH keys, which are required for authentication when you access an instance of Web Gateway within AWS.
  3. Install an instance of Web Gateway within AWS.
  4. Connect to the Web Gateway instance using an AWS web console.

After connecting to Web Gateway, you can log on to its interface and work with its features within the AWS environment.
