Configure MVISION Cloud for Microsoft Teams

To enable DLP for messages and Activity Monitoring for Microsoft Teams, use the following procedure.

To configure MVISION Cloud for Microsoft Teams:

  1. Go to Settings > Service Management.
  2. Click Add Service Instance.
  3. Select Microsoft Teams, provide an instance name, and click Done.

  4. If you don't see Microsoft Teams as an option, it means Teams is not enabled in your tenant. Contact MVISION Cloud Support to enable Teams for your tenant, and provide a User Activity Summary report to MVISION Cloud Support.
  5. When Teams is enabled by MVISION Cloud Support, in MVISION Cloud go to the Setup tab and click Enable.

  6. Provide API credentials for the Office 365 global admin, and in the Permissions requested dialog, click Accept.

API access is now set up for your Microsoft Teams instance.
