ServiceNow Deployment Requirements
These requirements relate to the environment where the Skyhigh CASB for ServiceNow system is deployed.
Skyhigh CASB Key Agent
The Skyhigh CASB Key Agent requires outbound internet access to allow communication with Skyhigh CASB for ServiceNow Gateways; all outbound communication uses HTTPS.

ServiceNow SSO Configuration
