Reverse Proxy Certificate Expiration Notification

If the reverse proxy certificate of your cloud service instance is expired or about to expire, Skyhigh CASB sends email notifications to the tenant administrator and Skyhigh CASB Support. The email notifications alert you to renew the proxy certificate.

Skyhigh CASB sends the notification within a certain time limit before or on the day of certificate expiration based on these criteria:

  • Reverse Proxy Certificate about to Expire. The proxy expiration reminders are sent on these days (30, 15,7,6,5,4,3,2,1) before expiry. The email notification contains the following message:

  • Reverse Proxy Certificate Expired. The proxy expiration notifications are sent on the day of expiry. The email notification contains the following message:
